At ROUDIGAN'S, we take great pride in our steaks. All of our beef is
center cut from the finest corn fed mid-western steers, USDA "CHOICE"
or better. Our steaks are aged a full 28 days to
perfection, hand cut to ROUDIGAN'S exacting standards, then
char-broiled to your liking.

All entrees include salad bar, choice of potato or rice and bread baked daily.
Potato not included when accompanied by pasta.
